1 - Langdale Leisure Ltd will deduct a commission of 20% of the sale price plus VAT at the prevailing rate as their fee for introducing a purchaser where the purchaser subsequently completes on the sale
2 - You are responsible for informing Langdale Leisure Ltd if you have banked your week through RCI, II or any other exchange company. You are also requested to keep Langdale Leisure Ltd updated in the event of any change in the situation. This is important so that interested parties can be advised of the position to avoid future problems.
3 - You continue to be responsible for payment of the Management Fee until such time as a sale has been successfully completed.
4 - Langdale Leisure Ltd cannot be held responsible in the event of non-completion of a sale.
5 - You warrant that the information supplied is correct in every detail, and undertake to keep Langdale Leisure Ltd informed of any changes. If you decide to dispose of the week through any other resales organisation you must notify us in writing
6 - Legal fees in connection with the resale are payable by the purchaser.
7 - Langdale Leisure Ltd reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
8 - Once registration has been accepted, Langdale Leisure Ltd undertake to include the property in its inventory for marketing until completion *
